Have you documented your repair work and corrective maintenance in the past and written down comments about the problem and your repair work?

With Peoplegeist Text AI you can analyze easily your collected documentation.

Find in your comments:

• Top repeating repair reasons of your assets
• Get root cause hints of your problems
• Get automatically updated troubleshooting checklists and tipps

Keep your existing asset setup, metrics, dashboards, field devices etc. but add this new analysis module on top of it.

Make use of your documentation and enable your team to use the collective collected knowledge directly in production.

How it works

Our ERP / CMMS / EAM integration works the same way as our existing integration with MPDV MIP and OEE Systems.

Inside the peoplegeist app:

• Select your system to connect (ie. SAP ECC)
• You are prompted to enter your login credentials.
  • You thereby grant Peoplegeist access to your text comments.
• The connection is established
• Peoplegeist will download daily your latest completed repair and maintenance orders.
• Historic data will be imported at the beginning of the connection.

You can start using the analysis and dashboards as soon the first data is imported.
